  1. COOK the smoked country ham slices in a sauté pan until the edges are crispy.

  2. SPREAD butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. SPREAD the guava jam on the non-buttered side of one of the slices. Add the sliced cheese and crispy smoked country ham then cover with another slice of buttered bread. The buttered side should be facing outward.

  4. HEAT a skillet to medium-high heat. Grill each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Cut in half and enjoy hot!
