DESCRIPTION:
Cabot Greek Style yogurt conforms to the current definition and standards of identity for yogurt under the Federal Food and Drug Regulations 21 CFR 131.200 and its amendments.
INGREDIENTS:
Pasteurized milk, cream, whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, live active yogurt cultures (Acidophilus, Bifidus, L. bulgaricus and S. thermophilus), Vitamins A,C,D,E.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Flavor: Cream flavored product with a touch of acidity.
- Body and Texture: Smooth, creamy.
CHEMICAL:
- 1. Butterfat: 10.2 +/- 1.0
- 2. Total Solids: 17.0 – 20.0
- 3. pH: 3.9 – 4.5
MICROBIOLOGICAL:
- 1. Coliforms: <10/gram
- 2. Yeast/Mold: <100/gram
PACKAGING:
Product will be packaged in tamper evident, clean, food grade containers.
SHIPPING AND STORAGE:
Product will be shipped and stored at 34 – 40°F.
SHELF LIFE:
This product has a shelf life of 55 days from the date of manufacture. The sell-by date is sprayed on the lid of each container.
KOSHER:
Product is OU-D kosher.
