NONFAT BLUEBERRY YOGURT
Cabot Nonfat Blueberry Yogurt conforms with the current definition and standards of identity for nonfat yogurt under the Federal Food and Drug Regulations 21 CFR 131.206 and its amendments.
Nonfat yogurt (cultured pasteurized skim milk*, modified corn starch, carrageenan, pectin, Vitamins A, C, D, E), blueberry fruit base (sugar, blueberries, water, modified cornstarch, natural flavors, pectin, concentrated lemon juice). *adds a trivial amount of fat
- Flavor: Mildly acidic blueberry
- Appearance: Smooth, viscous, lightly gelled violet yogurt with visible fruit.

- 2. Total Solids: 13.7% max
- 3. pH: 4.1 – 4.5
- 1. Coliforms: <10/gram
- 2. Yeast/Mold: <100/gram
Product will be packaged in tamper evident, clean, food grade containers.
SHIPPING AND STORAGE:
Product will be shipped and stored at < 40° F.
This product has a shelf life of 50 days from the date of manufacture. The sell-by date is sprayed on the lid of each container.
Product is OU-D kosher.
