Cabot Unsalted Butter conforms to the definition and standards of identity for butter under United States Standards for Butter 58.2621

INGREDIENTS:

Cream (milk), natural flavoring.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The butter will comply with USDA grade of US Grade AA.

CHEMICAL:

80% B.F. minimum and 1.5% salt ± 0.2%

ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES:

Possesses a fine and highly pleasing butter flavor. May possess a slight feed and a definite cooked flavor.

MICROBIOLOGICAL:

Coliform – <10 CFU/g

PACKAGING:

Packaging will be done in clean food grade foil and then packed into a food grade carton.

SHIPPING AND STORAGE:

Product will be stored and shipped at 40°F. The maximum shipping and storage temperatures shall not exceed 45°F.

SHELF LIFE:

180 days.
