CABOT VERMONT FRESH COTTAGE CHEESE WITH Vitamin D3
Cabot Cottage Cheese conforms to the current definition and standards of identity for cottage cheese under Federal Food and Drug Regulations CFR 21 ¤133.128 and its amendments. Vitamin D3 has been added for added nutritional value.
Cultured pasteurized skim milk, milk, cream, salt, grade A whey, grade A lactose, guar gum, carrageenan, locust bean gum, citric acid, lactic acid, phosphoric acid, natural flavoring, cultured grade A skim milk, Vitamin D3, enzymes.
This product shall contain curds of uniform size. A uniform layer of cream will surround the curd particles with a minimum amount of free cream present. Any excess cream will be of thick consistency. The product will be white to light cream in color, and will have a mildly acidic, pleasant flavor.

Product will be packaged in tamper evident, clean, food grade containers.
Product will be placed in a 34-40°F cooler with adequate air circulation to cool quickly to 40°F.
SHIPPING AND STORAGE:
Product will be stored and shipped at 34-40°F.
This product has a shelf life of 50 days from date of manufacture. The pull date is stamped on the bottom or on the lid of each container.
Product is OU-D kosher.
