CABOT BUTTER CUPS
Cabot Butter Cups conform to the requirements of the Standards of Identity as described in the Code of Federal regulations, Title 7, Part 58.
Pasteurized cream (milk), salt.
The butter will comply with USDA grade of US Grade AA.
80% B.F. minimum
- 1. Coliform/gram – not to exceed 10 per gram
- 2. Yeast/Mold – < 100 per gram
Packaging will be done in clean food grade container.
SHIPPING AND STORAGE:
Product will be stored and shipped at 35-40°F. The maximum shipping and storage temperatures shall not exceed 40°F.
Product is OU-D kosher.
